Todd Poland born January 8, 1991 took his life on July 23, 2014.  A son, brother, uncle and friend to all he came in contact with.  He was an avid Dave Matthews Band Fan and loved the show Breaking Bad.  Everyone that ever met Todd loved him with all their heart.  Unfortunately, Todd was in a lot of pain and did not share it with those that loved him. His family has created this memorial so others never have to go through the pain they are feeling now and will forever struggle with.
