Dear Friend,
I will be running the Waddell & Reed Kansas City Marathon 2012 on October 20, 2012 to honor my niece Sarah Klemovitch and celebrate her life. We lost Sarah on October 21, 2011. She is greatly missed for her loyalty, protectiveness, her wonderful sense of humor, and her kind and generous heart. My first marathon will benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I would appreciate any support that you give me for this worthwhile cause.
The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is at the forefront of research, education and prevention initiatives designed to reduce loss of life from suicide. With more than 33,000 lives lost each year in the U.S. and over one million worldwide, the importance of AFSP's mission has never been greater, nor our work more urgent.
