Dear Friends and Family,

I, along with the rest of my team, will be walking in honor of my precious cousin and the most amazing person in the world, Forrest Walker, who became a victim of suicide on April 1, 2012. In honor of Forrest, WE have created a team for the AFSP's VA Walk. ANY donation, big or small, will mean the world to our family, loved ones, friends and myself. To show them they have ENDLESS support from all who love them so much, let's reach the goal that "Team Forrest Walker" has set, and prevent other families from experiencing such a catastrophic, life-changing, and devastating event.

I will be joining with thousands of people nationwide to walk in AFSP's Hampton Roads VA Walk to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I would appreciate any support that you give me for this worthwhile cause.

The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention is at the forefront of research, education and prevention initiatives designed to reduce loss of life from suicide. With more than 36,000 lives lost each year in the U.S. and over one million worldwide, the importance of AFSP's mission has never been greater, nor our work more urgent.
