Hi,
My name is Paige. I am a sibling suicide survivor. I lost my 26yr old brother on June 12th, 2011. That day has had a forever impact on my life. Nothing will ever be the same without my big brother and protector here. Unfortantly, my brother showed several suicidal signs the last time I seen him only hours before he took his life, and I had no idea. I really wish I could have had the knowledge I now do to know that he wasn't ok he was indeed in need of help. MY life goal is to now help others get the knowledge they need to help a loved one or friend when they need it the most. My first start is to do this walk. Mostly, just so I know that I truely am not the only one that goes through the feelings I do. Suicide is frowned upon and for many years I thought like most people do, that it is wrong. That doesn't mean I think its right, I just now understand that suicidal people really need help. And many of them show signs before hand. Knowledge is key in life, and it is Key in helping stop suicide. Please help me raise money so I can play my part in raising awareness for other families.

I will be joining with thousands of people nationwide to walk in AFSP's South Metro Walk to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I would appreciate any support that you give me for this worthwhile cause.
