Mark Blaine Painter died unexpectedly on June 2, 2016 in Albuquerque, NM.  Mark was born June 21, 1988 and grew up in White Rock, NM.  He was a graduate of Los Alamos High School and New Mexico State University.  At the time of his death, he had just finished his second year of law school at the University of New Mexico.  He had found a passion in law school, was doing well, and was looking forward to a great career.

Mark enjoyed hiking, backpacking, and camping.  He enjoyed chess, fantasy football with friends and family, and Pichenotte.  He enjoyed playing keyboard and piano music.

He was a beloved son, grandson, brother, nephew, uncle, and friend.  It was hard to walk away from talking with Mark without a smile on your face.  He was a tender and sensitive soul, and affected many lives for the better. He eagerly listened to those around without judgement.

Please consider making a donation in honor of Mark’s life.
