After a long battle with depression, Alex Umble took his own life on August 14, 2018. Alex was a kind and funny guy who loved playing lacrosse, coaching, following world events and spending time with his family. Alex brought light into the lives of all who knew him. 

On Saturday, November 17th, Alex's family and friends will run the Philadelphia Half Marathon or 8k in memory of our sweet Alex. We are running for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention in order to fight the stigma of depression and help others who are struggling.
