Hello, my name is Sydney Holcomb. A few years ago, my mom was on a fundraising team for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and it was then that I learned that years prior, my grandmother had commited suicide. I'd also had other family members attempt suicide. I decided at that time that I, and everyone else, should be more educated about suicide and how we can prevent it. I'm holding this fundraiser, and putting on other community events, to help prevent suicide and bring brighter days to those who are struggling in darkness. Help me save lifes!
