Thank you for walking with us in 2017. Join the fight to stop suicide by donating online today. Donations are accepted through December 31.
When you walk in an Out of the Darkness Walk, you join the effort to raise awareness and funds that allow the American Foundation of Suicide Prevention to invest in new research, create educational programs, advocate for public policy and support survivors of suicide loss. As the leader in the fight against suicide, and thanks to walkers like you from cities across the country, AFSP has been able to set a goal to reduce the annual suicide rate 20% by 2025. We need YOU. Every dollar raised gets us one step closer to a world without suicide.

HOST A SUICIDE PREVENTION TRAINING
From the funds raised over the last 11 years of hosting walks in the Hampton Roads area, AFSP is proud to present suicide prevention education programs to your community. We can provide free training to your company, church, school or community group.
Consider hosting a Talk Saves Lives program, our Suicide Prevention 101 class. Learn about the risks and warning signs of suicide and how together, we can prevent it.
Our More than Sad, Teen Depression and Preventing Teen Suicide program can be presented to high school students, parents and educators.
Please Contact Crystal Graham at email@example.com to learn how you can host a program.
