Annual Giving Society

Circle of Hope is a passionate group of individuals dedicated to funding efforts to prevent suicide through a personal gift to the Alaska Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Through society member support, life-saving strategies and programs will be brought to local Ala communities so we can one day build a world without suicide. Join us today as a charter member of this new society and become a partner in saving lives and bringing hope to those affected by suicide.

"As a longtime Alaskan living in remote communities such as Dutch Harbor, I know all too well the despair and grief suicide places on the shoulders of our family and friends. Losing a dear friend opened my eyes to the need for more support, more intervention, and better public policy. My family and I felt supporting suicide prevention was our way to find hope and healing in the face of our loss and the loss of others. I am honored to lead and launch the Alaska Circle of Hope, and I look forward to you becoming a member of our giving society."
