Dustin Ernst (1983-2015) took his life on January 14th, 2015.  Even while Dustin was struggling with bipolar disorder and drug addiction, his friends and family found him to be engaging, sweet, bright, funny, and caring. Each year in this country, many more people die from suicide than homicide suggesting a national mental health crisis.

We have established a fund in Dustin's memory, the proceeds of which facilitate the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) in its commitment to understand and prevent suicide through education, research, advocacy, and by reaching out to people with mental disorders and those impacted by the hearbreaking tragedy of suicide.
