We have some big news about the PFA event and how it will take place!
With COVID-19 still a concern we are taking precautions with this year's event to ensure all of our riders' health and safety. This year we will be holding a PFA virtual ride!
Riders will have August 1st - 30th to longboard 100 miles.
There is a $25 registration fee for the event that will ensure you get a care package including a team PFA shirt, a PFA sticker, and some other items that will help you with your push.
The deadline for sign up is AUGUST 24th, however we recommend signing up by JULY 24th so you will get the team shirt size you want and have your care package on time.
Every dollar you raise over the $25 registration fee will be donated to The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. The top 5 fundraisers will earn a sweet prize!
We encourage riders who would like to longboard in teams to do so in teams of no more than 10.
We strongly advise recruiting friends or family to join your team as support in order to assist your team on its journey.
We ask that everyone participating screen themselves up to and during the event for Covid-19 symptoms. We recommend that everyone keep posted on their states current guidance for groups. Here is a link to the MN guidelines which are regularly updated.
For those who are looking for a small group to push with or are new riders we can do our best to help you find a team with enough openings to push with or if you have a team that has opening for a couple more riders to push with you please reach out on our Facebook page or email [email protected] for assistance in teaming up in small groups!
