Become a champion for mental health and suicide prevention in Indiana
 

The Challenge

AFSP-Indiana invites dedicated community leaders to become a leading voice in the fight against suicide and raise awareness and funds through the Circle of Hope Champion Challenge. The Champion Challenge will coincide with May Mental Health Month and will encourage participants to increase awareness of mental health and suicide prevention.

All challenge participants will commit to raising at least $1,000 in May through their network in support of AFSP-Indiana. 

Each participant will receive the following resources when promoting their involvement as a Champion:

  • Personal Fundraising Page

  • Sample messaging to utilize through email and/or social media

  • Fundraising support

  • Marketing materials to help promote challenge participation and raise funds (ex: flyers, social graphics, business cards, etc)

Additional benefits include:

  • The opportunity to serve as a leader in building mentally healthy communities in Indiana

  • Receive a Challenge lapel pin to wear during May and promote participation as a Champion

  • Recognition as a Champion in special AFSP-Indiana chapter newsletter

  • Recognition as a Champion on AFSP-Indiana social media

 

About Circle of Hope

Circle of Hope is a passionate group of individuals dedicated to funding efforts to prevent suicide through a personal gift to the Indiana Chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

With the support of circle of Hope members, AFSP is able to deliver life-saving education, advocacy, research, and loss support programs to local Indiana communities to help one day build a world without suicide.
