I am running my first marathon in honor of my beautiful friend.
My whole entire life I had an amazing best friend, Tarra. I was really lucky because our moms were so close. We used to always say we were 2nd generation best friends.
Tarra was intelligent, courageous, vivacious, charismatic, and had the biggest heart with the most amazing laugh. She gave everything to those she loved, especially her beautiful dog Bella. She was an aunt, a sister, a daughter, a niece, and a friend to so many.
On September 19th, 2015, she took her life. She was 30 years old.
I miss her every single day and I will run for her.
