Join Me in Supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
I'm walking in the Out of the Darkness Chicagoland Walk in memory of my darling daughter, Elana, and to support AFSP's bold goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.
As a Board member of the Illinois chapter of AFSP, I have seen up close the incredible work of this organization to (1) fund research into the causes of suicide and their implications for prevention; (2) raise awareness through education and prevention programs; (3) work with public officials on legislation and policies to improve mental health and prevent suicide; and (4) support those affected by suicide. I am proud to be a part of this leading private organization in the fight against suicide.
Please help me reach my goal by clicking the "Donate" button on this page. All donations are 100% tax deductible and directly benefit AFSP's life-saving work.
