Join US in Supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
We are walking in the Out of the Darkness Atlanta Walk to fight suicide and support AFSP's bold goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.
Please help us reach our goal by clicking the "Donate" button on this page. All donations are 100% tax deductible and benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), funding research, education, advocacy, and support for those affected by suicide.
On July 4th of this year, my sister Amy took her own life. She was a funny, intelligent, giving person who loved her family fiercely and loved her friends with the same fervor. Amy was a world traveler and had a good grip on who she was and how she lived life...yet we still lost her to suicide.
Suicide leaves the survivors with anger, sorrow, guilt and questions that may never be answered. We want to reach our fundraising goal to hopefully save even one family from living through the grief that comes with losing a loved one to suicide.
All our love, David and Veronica -- some photos are loaded below--
