Chicagoland Walk

Join Me in Supporting the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.

I'm walking in the Out of the Darkness Chicagoland Walk to fight suicide and support AFSP's bold goal to reduce the suicide rate 20% by 2025.

For those of you unaware, I'm a survivor of multiple suicide attempts. I made these attempts when I was a desperate teenager who did not believe that anyone could understand, much less help. The reality is that I didn't want to die, I just wanted to the pain to stop and erroneously thought that suicide was the only way. I was wrong, and I'm blessed to be alive today to help others who are struggling to find healthier ways to deal with what can at times feel insurmountable.

In recognition of my struggle and for the way too may who have lost the battle, please help me reach my goal by clicking the "Donate" button on this page. All donations are 100% tax deductible and benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP), funding research, education, advocacy, and support for those affected by suicide.

Thank you for your support!
