On October 19th, Noah Dhaliwal and Sam Gerry will be hosting Kick It 2019: A Kickball Tournament Fundraiser for Suicide Prevention at Woburn Memorial High School. Both founders are current seniors at Woburn High and are committed to help raise awareness for suicide prevention. Their efforts for this cause have attracted worldwide recognition through channels such as Golf Digest and NBC’s Golf Channel. Now they have shifted focus to creating their own avenue for raising funds and spread awareness for this global epidemic.

The tournament will be held on the Woburn Memorial High School fields starting at noon and running until only one team is left standing. Teams of 8 will compete in a round robin format, meaning they will have multiple opportunities to play each other and move on depending on their record following their games. Winning teams will move on until a champion is crowned at the end of the day. Participants can be anyone over the age of 13 and will each be charged a $10 entry fee. All net proceeds will be donated to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Sign ups and more information regarding the tournament is available at kickit2019.brizy.site and questions can be sent to noah.dhaliwal26@gmail.com or samuelgerry@icloud.com
