Location: Summit Field- South Mountain Reservation, Maplewood, NJ - Easy to Moderate Hike (Summit Field to Hemlock Falls Loop)

Parking: Located on Bear Lane via Crest Drive

Event Schedule:

9:00am - 9:30am : Registration

9:30am - 10:00am : Morning Yoga

10:00am - 12:00pm : Hike

12:00pm - 12:10pm : Yoga Cool Down

12:10pm - 1:00pm : Lunch

- Athletic wear

- Hiking boots recommended
