Yo to my fellow Gigglers~! :-)
I am pleased to report the walk on 11/15/08 went well. Despite the rain and the chilly weather, we had a wonderful turn out for the 1st ever "Out of the Darkness" Community Walk for Delaware. Woo hoo!
Thank you to everyone who supported me by walking, donating money or just lending an ear. Special thanks to Kelli Karlton for spearheading the event.
It was great to see some Jim's iron worker buddies show up to walk with me. Kudos to Paul, Kenny and especially my friend, Miguel.
There is still time to make a tax deductible donation to my page.
Money donated to the AFSP helps raise awareness about suicide prevention and provides much needed education.
Help save a life. Help support those left behind in the wake of suicide, people like me.
32,000 American lives are lost each year to suicide. For every one life lost, 6 people, like friends, family and co-workers are left behind to make sense of the tragedy.
Together, we can help raise awareness and save lives.
