To All My Friends and Family,
I will be joining with thousands of people nationwide this fall to walk in AFSP's 2009 Out of the Darkness Community Walk to benefit the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. I would appreciate any support that you give me for this worthwhile cause.
As most of you know, I lost my husband, Jason, in 2003. His love of art, music and writing was appreciated and admired by many. Although Jay is not here with us, his life serves as a strong reminder of the challenges many face every day.

I hope and I pray that Jason is still watching over all of us. I miss him greatly and wish I could just see him one more time the way I want to remember him. My grandmother is watching over him I know now. Thank you to all for your participation in this cause, it means a lot to all of his family.
