We invite you to join in a 'Talk Away the Dark' Roundtable Discussion. Advocate Zack Snyder and a panel of knowledgeable staff and volunteers from the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) will embark on a journey of empathy and empowerment, answering the brave and meaningful questions you may have about mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

This is an opportunity for you to submit your questions, gain insight into how to both care for yourself and also support those around you. We will share personal stories and explore strategies for resilience.

This isn't just a discussion, it's a dialogue that extends beyond the event. This is a chance for you to strengthen your knowledge, improve your self-care, and become an advocate better able to support those around you.

Join us as we navigate the complexities of mental health advocacy together, sparking meaningful conversations, fostering understanding, and igniting hope for a brighter tomorrow.

Together, we can make a difference.
